Joe Biden talks Ukraine, impeaching Trump, Nazis, and the deal he made with Obama

As a frontrunner to take on Donald Trump in 2020 and also a central character in the Ukraine scandal that finally saw an impeachment inquiry announced against the president, Diamond Joe's had a weird week.

"It's awful hard to avoid the conclusion that [Trump pressuring the Ukrainian president] is an impeachable offense and a violation of constitutional responsibility," Biden says, with a precise mix of folksy equivocation and firmness.
